Man do i feel gay

So has anyone noticed (and boy do a feel like a fag for noticing, no offense to fags of course)the contradictory elements of shojo vs. shonen manga. On one hand you look at...well almost any shojo manga and you have these (in the eyes of the characters)unanimously hot males, yet they look like fucking 80's rejects, with weird lips....this is getting gay time for next point


(I've never read this but i can assume that those (and yes they are just revered to as those) are the main "interests" Now i may be wrong as i don't have a vajay but what women would want a red head with dreads? hmmm)




Now look at any and i mean any shonen manga....all of a sudden everyone becomes a fucking fashion designer.

Why is that?
